development status:

- fixed bridge/missile detection
- fixed bridge redraw after game restart
- new killing storm clouds
- tank on bridge (also attacking opponent with fire)
- better digits (contrast)
- updated panel
- bigger fuel displayer
- destroyable rocks
- mines (not destroyable by missiles)
- turbulences when big airplane occures

now we can make enemys editor, intro, outro, options screen, some tests and opts and voila!
