Anyone tried UAE4Droid on an Xperia Play yet?
Having just watched
[ Show youtube player ], a part of me is sorely tempted to get one of these just for the emulation aspect and easy controls.
(Preferably a second-hand, unlocked unit, since I already have an iPhone for general phone goodness.) |

Hope it runs better than the Xperia X10 mini pro, the onscreen controls work but no multitouch and even though you can remap the controls in the menu, it wont recognise these in the emulator.

The XPlay is a brand-new device, so second-hand ones are going to be a bit hard to find. And it's not quite fair to try to compare it to a 2-year old phone, either. It's pretty competent, and if you want to game on a phone, it's hard to beat.
That being said, UAE4Droid is pretty poor. Playstation emulation, on the other hand, is quite good on the Xperia Play. |
