Request: Text Editor with C syntax highlighting

Hello,

I am looking for a text editor that can recognise programming languages - specifically C/C++ as they are quite similar. I have seen a few that have Amiga capacity but they dont run in an Amiga environment.

Any help is welcome

EDIT: Sorry mods - I could have just used my previous post but I happened to forget I made the request already - but technically the request is yet different as this one specifies C/C++ syntax highlighting Maybe join the old one with this one or even delete the older request. Thanks

TuiTED V2.7b - Text editor with syntax highlighting:
http://aminet.net/package/text/edit/TuiTED
This is a small editor for different programming languages. It supports HTML, C/C++ and hex editing of binary files.

Thanks prowler - how do I install it? Erm, just copy the file contents to an Amiga folder? I tried that with a different editor (I forget which one) - I copied it to a disk and I could get an icon but clicking the icon resulted in a black screen. So any help getting TuitEd working would be appreciated.

Thanks

EDIT: Got it to work - I guess there might have been something wrong with the other program I was trying to put on a disk, because TuitEd copied just fine and is functioning right spanky

Thanks prowler

That's just as well, because I would have had absolutely no idea how to install it! I just searched Aminet for "text editor syntax highlight" and TuitEd was the only match.

So you won't be surprised to hear I'm glad you like it!

There is Golded (or Cubic IDE, its new name) that does this too and many more :-)

TuiTEd looks pretty good - I think I will go with that one for now. But for bigger projects I am just using ProgrammersNotepad2 in windows and moving the *.c files to my work directory. Works like a charm!
