Sorry - I might be mis-understanding but Amiga had Wing Commander (and CD32 AGA version)?

Hold it, do not hit that quick reply button!
Wasn't the PC version flawed at that the MLRS system would still hit at point blank range?

It's not too fast?
When I clock my Aca500+ to 42Mhz, I get more fps, but the whole game (time) is faster, and it's not really enjoyable.
Ships blows like they are toys, so 15-21Mhz works best for me.
Maybe Aga version have limiter to game time, OCS version doesn't.

CDTV could/should have had a Guitar Hero like game. Should have been possible.

They should have released Metal Slug on the Amiga and also a Star Fox clone.

It might be that only the CD32 would had the power to run these though

The Amiga has Stunts. It's called 4D Sports Driving.

The Amiga should have had X-Wing. That should have been possible on moderately accelerated Amigas. It could have made analogue joysticks and harddisks popular in the Amiga-world.

Looking at this video it only shows that if Commodore had thought things through a little more then an 030 and 4meg fast ram could have made the CD32 look more next gen than the SNES/MD and they would probably have sold more. Still wouldn't have been able to compete with the PSX but I think people may have tried...Resident Evil anyone?

CD32 had Guardian which with more memory and faster processor could easily have matched and then surpassed Star Fox.

Well Guardian was a first effort for CD32 and was free-roaming so I'm sure with more commitment and time a perfect Starfox clone could have been made without the need for new hardware.

Similar but different games obviously. Stunts and Stunt Driver. I noticed the game I mean is actually called Stunt Driver. The Amiga also has Hard Drivin but it's also not the same.

Civilization 2 would have been nice. There was plenty of clones coming but none of them materialize?

At least two attempts to create Civilization style game for Amiga.

Great Nations
https://zak.fi/File:Gn_amiga_162.lzh

Realms of Power
http://www.silicon-wizards.com/rop.php

Both of them has a playable preview and NOT hol.abime.net entries.
