Hi All,

I received my final boards for the RGB to Svid/Component video display. The boards have multiple inputs and headers so once its enclosed in a case you will be able to break out audio as well as video from the box using your cables from whatever input you are using. The video boards have a sync cleaner circuit also for those inputs that are a little "dirty".
As long as the device has RGB output then this board should work, experimentation will tell, The Snes console works nicely .

Other circuits you can see on the board include the cheapvid Svideo board for the A600/A1200, i have set it up so it accepts 0-200ohm pots for fine tweaking of the Svideo signal for different devices, (the 3 boards on the right hand side).

The smaller boards on the top are JTag connect boards for the 360 that will have the transistors and resistors on it to simplify hooking up (and looking a lot cleaner) a jtag circuit on your 360 .

If anyone is interested in any of these, let me know.

Once i get around to putting one in a box with all the video and audio connectors i'll post, lot on the go at the moment

Agreed... I have a component-in LCD display now and this would be very nice to try out on it

I'm quite interested in this. Given the caps on my 1084s have been going bad, it looks like I'll need such an adapter for all my systems that can do RGB output (A1200, 1040STE, Master System, Genesis/MegaDrive, etc.).

Hi...i am a new user here. I been checking out new TV's and pretty well S-Video seems to be a thing of the past now as all the new ones no longer have S-Video inputs. I have been reading old threads and looking at the possibility of RGB conversion to component video (Red, Green and Blue outputs)Something that has me interested is the LT6550/1 IC.

So Kipper decided not to do this, since he didn't want to deal with angry people when it didn't work with random TVs. GGLabs built more or less the same thing for a while and had both Video Slot versions and RGB port versions but I was too slow to actually buy them when they were available, now they're out of stock. But they did post the schematics, BOM and Gerber files.
