Reporting Megadrive Joypad as not working is OK?

In some games that uses 2 buttons, the Mega-Drive C button does not work, while it does in some other games.

This happens either with the native game, or with the WHDLOAD patch to add 2 button support.

Is it ok to ask to update the slave so the game can work with WHDLOAD in the Mantisbug Tracker, or is this something the developers don't consider as a problem ?

No, this is fixable for Mega Drive pads. Create the bugreport on Mantis as a feature request. Some games were patched for MD pad support, can't rembember which ones.
