Finnish Amiga Users Group's Saku 2016 Event on September 24th

Finnish Amiga Users Group holds its 9th Saku event in Oulu, Finland on Saturday, September 24th.

The event will feature many classic Amiga setups from A500 to A4000, FPGA computers like Minimig and MIST, Commodore 64, and several next generation systems. There will also be a presentation about the Hollywood programming language and the From Bedrooms to Billions: The Amiga Years! documentary film will be shown on a big screen.

Finnish Amiga retailer Gentle Eye will be present with some Amiga goodies, and the user group is getting new promotional products just for the event.

Admittance is free of charge and refreshments will be available. Saku 2016 will start at 14:00 on September 24th at Oulun Tetra ground floor conference room at Mäkelininkatu 31.

tekopaa: of course you should There might be a group of people coming from Jyväskylä with a car, if that would help somehow so that you wouldn't need to drive alone all the way... but depends of your location of course Have you checked flights?

What a nice event.



I didn't even know Vampire 500 was a thing, so seeing one (a beta board?) in action was a big surprise.
Hopefully it gets into a wider circulation. Apparently Majsta has lately been a bit disheartened by all the direct-to-eBay scalpers.
