PCMCIA NICs: cnet.device 1.9beta2

The new version of the pcmcia NIC driver cnet.device for the Amiga A600 and A1200 models has been released. It fixes a bug in the reset handling of 100MBit cards which mainly occured under Miami bringing up the error message "card reset failed".
