I hope nobody buys this piece of shit. What the fuck is the point of owning a Genesis if you can't play Gunstar Heroes (OR any Phantasy Star game OR either Shining Force game OR any Streets Of Rage game) on it?

£30 for only 6 games!!! Thats a lot of money when you can still easily get Megadrives with 1-15 games for a tenner at the boot fairs.

I would consider getting one, had I not recently bought a Mega Drive from a car boot, and spent a while building up a collection of 40-odd games, including the ones on this unit. Ah, well.

Oh great, another stupid fucking "plug and play" gizmo with games bolted on. How many are out there already, like, 10?

sheesh. At least this one has a mini console thingy which looks cute! Migt be worth for Sonic teh Hedgehog alone though. Imagine if this is pure hardware "emulation" of sorts, would be nice to hack this to accept any megadrive ROM or something. It's the only usefulness I could find for these gizmos.

would anyone buy a re-designed multi-mega? ... I WOULD

now i have a 30" tv in my bedroom, i've been playing my megadrive... so if you see a mega-cd going cheap leave a post!!!!

these 10 in 1 console remakes are expensive novelty toys, i bought the Atari joystick one, which i actually sat down and played twice, it cost me £30.00 which i could of spent on ebay to get the actual console and a small collection of games!

as Akira might say Nothing beats the real thing

Yeah, I'd definitely buy a multi-mega in a nice smaller case, it'd rock! I do have one already but I don't play it. I do however have my megadrive 2/megaCD 2 setup in my room which gets used damn loads. Ooh it's sweeeeeet. Now... just need to get to some bootsales and grab some more games!

I'd probably buy that little plug and play thing too, mainly cos I'd want to see what it's like, don't care if it's only a few games.

Jeez - why buy hardware? I thought emu-s were the way to go anyway. If you want a megadrive on your IBM go get a copy of Gens.

Anyone remember playing Herzog Zwei? Mad Japanese game a bit like Command & Conquer except you got to play a transforming robot - airplane and take part in the action. Utterly fantastic.
