How do I use autofire for keyboard?

I am using keyboard layout B. I have tried to change it from Input, but I only see autofire rate of fire and autofire field, but nothing to turn it on.

Autofire setting is only available in input non-compatibility modes. (select "Configuration #1", click autofire-column to enable/disable it)

Thanks, was trying it it in non-compatibility mode before, but was clicking wrong spot. Now that I have it enable, how does it work? I got it enabled on my right ctrl key that is also my fire key, but doesnt do anything for Xeno 2 atleast.

I also got hamster that I am not afraid to use.
