Repairing broken PIN.

I have an 1,8MB RAM expansion for A500 (AlfaRam RA5-2M).
It has an adaptor for the Gary socket and, unfortunately, this has 2 broken/lost PINS.
Do you believe it is possible to repair damaged PIN at cheap price or it would be better to find a new RAM board?
If I ask to a friend to help me with soldering, do PINS have to be of the same type (material, tickness)?

Most things can be repaired, with enough time and effort.

Do you have a picture?

Gary is only a simple DIP I'm sure some 'hotfix' wires could be soldered in place if needed. Or just find another suitable DIP adapter to wire in it's place? Certainly don't scrap your RAM board over it.

I tried, but my digital camera seems to be not able to take a photo enough clear (or perhaps it's me).
I enclose a photo taken from Amiga Hardware from another board. Look at the smaller card. Here you can see PINS similar to mine.
They seem to have been sharply cut to their bases. If the glue could work... I believe a mini soldering could be enough, if possible. What do you think?

I think anyone with ok solder skills could replace all your pins, no problem. I'm sure your friend can do this for you

Thanks, I'll ask to my friend to do it for me. But do you know if material and/or tickness are important for PINS? Can I cut and recycle different PINS from other old hardware (HD, CD...)?

Send pictures, if I agree it is the same type/scale of repair, then return postage (in the form of stamps) will be enough.
