Commodore is Awesome is a magazine now? Nice that you spread your wings in the printing business.

I think C= is Awesome is the best thing since Amiga Power in terms of content and style. In the printed edition we could have a 'Kitty corner' or something... Think its time for my medication again. |

Thanks all for the kind comments, this advert is the second one I did for CiA and there's a third advert one its way right now, watch this space...
CiA's very first advert which was speedily done by tomse in my absence This is my first advert And my Second advert NOTE: Please don't rip any of the images off our advert, these were either created from scratch or painstakingly cut from my own scans and fixed to provide our viewers with the best possible viewing experience. Besides, these images are 25% of their original size. Last edited by DH; 24 May 2015 at 20:15. Reason: Stupid fecking typo |

Good Commodore Website, i visit it on occasion however Kitty borrows a lot from our site But that's fine as they are affiliated with us
Now if only they could do a Dizzy remake in a higher grade of graphics, that would impress me ALOT! Last edited by Neil79; 23 May 2015 at 02:20. Reason: Tired! |

Please let's not get into this 'where it's sourced argument again' Neil, You are registered on nearly every website and forum where I get our news from.
We have been posting Commodore news since 2011 on CiA way before Indie Retro News was even heard of. Last edited by Kitty; 23 May 2015 at 09:53. |

And I can concur with Kitty's statement too, as many of us, past and present, have all had our dealings with many of the sources that we use today. Whatever we use is back linked to their sites, and unfortunately it bypasses yours as we don't use your site for our news. We may have done at some point in time, but that is no longer the case and hasn't been for quite some time.
As Kitty said in her above post, CiA has been running since early 2011 where the news was pre-sourced long before your site, which arrived around the back end of 2012, was even established. So please can you stop publicly referring to Kitty and the CiA site as :- Quote:
Now, is there any chance we can all be grown up about this and stop poking each other at every given opportunity regarding who gets their news from where? It's old news and shouldn't be surfacing its head up on EAB other than via PM. Last edited by DH; 23 May 2015 at 15:53. |

There was an older advert, which wasn't done by me, it was done by tomse in a hurry iirc, although there were parts of it that were manipulated by me that were used, specifically the Turrican image and images created by me, specifically the floppy disk (not the label) and the cassette tape.
The Turrican Advert was the second and the Monty advert was the third that I have done. EDIT: Post #8 edited with all three adverts we have used for CiA in order of creation and use. Last edited by DH; 24 May 2015 at 20:16. |
