After Push Over............

OK, we all remember the game Push Over, with that ant running about setting up then pushing over the dominoes.

I seem to recall there was a follow up to this game with the same ant character, but it was a platform type game I think. The dominoes where the platforms.

Am I right? Am I wrong?

If I am correct, anybody know the name of this follow up?

Lightbulb One Step Beyond

The sequel is called One step Beyond and was published by Ocean in 1993. I have this game both on ADF as on the original Amiga but both crash. -lovely intromusic, though.

In One Step Beyond, GI Ant (was that his name??) didn't appear in it

But the quavers dog did. You have to jump on platforms that each do different things when jumped on and then jump onto the next platform. The aim of the game was to complete the level by jumping on every single platform.

@Tim. I haven't played One Step Beyond, but I have experienced problems with Pushover too. My ADF seemed to work,in so far as accessing the first level, but the Ant sprite moved way too quickly to be playable,(Under 08.8r8 I think-its been a while),anyone found a more recent version which it works properly?

I think the latest snapshot of Winfellow will run One step beyond without problems. I know it did that to me. Can't quite remember who, but someone here was nice enough to upload another version than the one I already had since that would crash as soon as I reached level 10.

That version worked fine on my A500 as well. Try winfellow, otherwise I can upload the version I got from the zone.
