Where to buy Amiga 500 chip ram?
Hi all,
where can I buy tested ram chips for Amiga 500? I would prefer to avoid ebay. Kind Regards, Carlo |

A500 may have to type of DRAM chips used for CHIP RAM. 41256 or 44256 - so you need to be more specific. Best source is probably local electronic junkyard - i would search firstly there.

Realistically you're unlikely to be able to buy loose tested 256Kbit DRAM chips today.
You could try another enthusiast such as Exxos who normally supplies Atari ST parts. https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/atari/store2/#0111 |
