Unhappy updated FAT filesystem that support mounting over 8GB memory cards ?

I'm having problems to mount memory cards bigger than 8 GB, if it are recognized by poseidon as umsd devices it is unable to mount it !
I have both Fat95 and Crossdos filesystems availlable but neither are able to mount that big cards, although it mounts big hard drives (200 GB and more...)
same problems with oversized usbsticks :-(

ideas ?

So is there someone that have the Fat95 sources and could update it to add support for bigest memory cards ????
