Exclamation Help using Amiga Explorer

Ive been using Amiga Explorer to transfer files to and from my amiga via a serial cable.

I can create and copy ADF's easily, but when i drop a file on the amiga HD, i cant find it via workbench, even though Amiga Explorer shows its there.

Any ideas whats going on?

I'd guess that your Workbench isn't currently set to show pseudo-icons, at least not in the dir(s) the ADFs are in.

You can open a Shell and issue a dir command, to check that the files really are in place. And/or open the relevant dir via the GUI, and select the Intuition menu item Window-> Show -> All Files. If no ADF files appear, they really ain't there.

RMB menu: Window-> Show-> All Files. Keyboard shortcut: Right-Amiga and '+'.
