Black Frame insertion like WinUAE on real amiga

I guess it is impossible. But I want to try my luck anyway

I am using a CVisionPPC and created 100hz resolutions for my CRT monitor since they are nice to look at and it's a multitude of 50hz.

If I make my resolutions 50hz, pointer moves smoothly using real Amiga mouse (what is the exact hz? Is it exactly 50hz?) . Of course if resolution is set to 100hz, when pointer moves, there seems to be a double of the pointer following it around.

I wonder if it's possible to somehow make the pointer area on my CGX screen have black frame insertion so that pointer moves as if it's moving on a 50hz screen.
