Wanted: 500mb 2.5" HDD

You'd have thought fleaBay would have a few of these...
...but no.

Conner, Seagate and Toshiba are all be brands I'd be interested in.

Quick piccie for your info:

As you can see it's an older type of drive, the interface it's attached to doesn't support anything bigger than 500mb...
...plan 'B' would be a CF->IDE but that would have to be 256mb & no guarantee it would work. (yes, it's that picky)

That's an Acorn A3000, Isn't it.

I think they are cool too, Still got my A3010 (and my Beeb's)

Good luck with the HD I'll keep an eye out too.

TBH: I have a few more RiscOS computers than I have Amigas.

Charlie i have a Acorn Archie 3000 in bits in my shed of many retro wonders (i got it for the monitor a microvitec multisync

, so if any of the bits are any use to ya, like the hard drive or suchlike, well gimme a shout, id be glad to get shot of some of it
