EMPLANT diagnostic program

Does anyone have the EMPLANT Diagnostic program? It's not on the Amiga Resource.cx which is the only official place you can download the software. There is a .dms disk there but the diagnostic program is not on it.

Actually I managed to find it on an old disk....the floppy I found seems to be a much more complete version than what is posted to http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/emplant.

Would you mind sharing? My Emplant when installed causes a #80000004 error when starting Shapeshifter.
