ah if you mentioned u needed a iomega zip i had a nice white one here came out my old mac... ide model i believe but i could have taken the faceplate off for ya n included with blizz.. oh well

Sorry Zeets, but I sold the Subway...couldn't get the software to work properly with my messed up OS

Anyways, got a good 64mb fast RAM in it as of yesterday, which for some reason the Miggy sees as 64.5mb, not that it matters!

Oh & a white Panasonic faceplate for the FDD came courtesy of an old PC dumped on me by a client at work

Is your board mapping the kickstart into RAM? That would eat 512K

Maybe, good point!

The strange thing is that with a 32mb stick it saw it as 31.5mb (half a mb missing), but with this 64mb it says 64.5mb (extra half a mb apparently present)

I love threads like this; been following it from the start.

It's great to see people going at it on an Amiga hardware project and posting their experience along the way. Kind of what keeps the Amiga alive, even in 2008!

There is a lot of screen grabbers on Aminet, pick one.

I prefer that who picks the images with the joystick (slurp, IIRC).

One bay contains an IDE HDD & the other contains a CF card.

Not sure if I've mentioned it before, but also PCMCIA ethernet card is added (I've been posting mostly with this machine lately
