The 'FreeAnim' command

Wanted to ask this after reading up on the guides over at CD³²-Allianz.

Is FreeAnim (program and library) typically part of any developer's package or something? Couldn't find it on any of the Amiga Developer CDs. Or will I have to get it off a random game CD instead? Just wondering if there was an original source for the program and/or a more recently-up-to-date version.

Thanks.

Interesting! I presume this is a new, slimmer version of the tool programmed by musashi?

And what's interesting is that while the library may be integrated into the extended rom by default, some games/apps still carry an external version of the file on the CD for some reason.

BTW, was this new freeanim originally archived, out of interest?

I was actually asking if it was your tool.

You know, I might produce a varied FreeAnim collection for this site, seeing as searching several CDs and ISOs has revealed many different versions of both the command and the library, with no obvious clue as to how they differ. Hmmmm.
