Sound pitch too high when Vsync is enabled

For gaming I use "cycle exact" chipset mode.

When I disable Vsync and use triple buffering, the sound for example in Pinball Fantasies has the right pitch. I confirmed this on my real Amiga.

Switching Vsync on (Standard) and using Double Buffering makes the Sound play about 10% too fast / at a higher pitch.

Why is that so and can I do sth. about it?

EDIT: It only occurs in WASAPI sound mode. Switching to Dsound makes the sound be played at the right pitch

You are using 60Hz refresh rate, vsync matches refresh rate and also matches sound (without it sound would glitch all the time)

I am sure it has nothing to do with sound mode.
