maniac mansion whd - lost progress
does whd load only save on quit? today i played maniac mansion, latest version.
saved just before secret lab and then i entered secret lab and continued playing. then a damned power loss or blackout occured (or whatever you call it in english). now all progress played today is lost, my save games are from yesterday evening! what a bummer!

Yes, always make sure you quit using quit key.

that's a bummer!
for the time being i lost any motivation to play all again. unfortunately i can't make sure so no power loss occurs. i can't control or prevent that kind of incident. not good. |
