Wink ok we have

bashee and 1943 if i remember write here ,2 great shooters with airplanes,any other title available????
no flight sims please!!

yep

i just want to know what kind of shooters we have on the amiga,shooters like in the arcades like striker 2,1942,tiger shark and others

thx for flying shark i was forget that one!!!

Space shooter (horizontal): T-Zero. Project-X on steroids.

@andreas: Afterburner? Mmm...dunno...are pseudo-3D games included as well as 2D scrolling shoot-em-ups?
(Afterburner does have a plane in, tho!)

Having said that...if 3D shooters are permissable, then Guardian is the daddy.

@blackcornflake: the original poster did *not* say that he only wants 2D shooters, it's something some of you guys interpreted into it much later

Lightbulb Flying high

Scramble Spirits is a boring dead-easy conversion of a Sega shmup by Grandslam in 1990. Ideal remedy if you can't get no sleep.
Another vertical shmup is Funsoft's Apache Flight which is a blatant clone of Swiv. This budgetgame was released in 1992.

There wasn't a plane in Space Harrier but this game always reminds me of After Burner, maybe because they used to stand side to side with each other in the local arcade.
