Cadaver have xenomorph in preview version, not sure about full version. Turrican have alien heads with second mouth merged into walls. Preview of Dark Seed have slightly weird chestburster.

I have surprisingly found an alien recently in a polish game called Cyber kick
(upper left corner)

Also Deliverance, first level I would say.

Xenomorph has it on a box cover, not sure if the game itself contains that.

Yes, they have visible eyes, you can kill them with sword and they are smaller.

I think it definitely does, of course Giger himself contributed much of the artwork for it.

The first thing that sprang to mind for me was the horrific alien boss in Ecco The Dolphin:
