SiN is not released yet (while the HOL indicates otherwise). It's finished (but not betatested) and will be released as soon as a) powerful hardware has been sold in sufficient quantities and b) somebody at Hyperion has some spare time to put finishing touches on it.

<nitpick mode>I suggest you write "powerful hardware" or "PPC hardware" instead of just "hardware"</nitpick>
"waiting for sufficient amounts of hardware to be sold" is somewhat confusing
