Here's is my top 10 of all-time favourite Amiga games:
1 Turrican 1 by Rainbow Arts, 1990: No discussion about it, 11 years after its release I still play it on C64 and Amiga 2 Flood by Bullfrog, 1990: A platform game featuring insane sprites crazy weapons and lots of water 3 Apidya by Kaiko, 1991: A horizontal shmup featuring a wasp. Nice graphics and great Chris Huelsbeck music 4 Lemmings 2 by Psygnosis, 1993: For me this is the best incarnation of Lemmings. Many worlds and not all Lemmings have to be saved 5 The Chaos Engine by Renegade, 1993: Bitmap Bros' finest hour on the Amiga. Great fun to play with a mate. 6 Jim Power by Loriciel, 1992: Much overlooked platform game. Easy to play but difficult to finish. This game has the best music I have ever heard. Mr Huelsbeck is a genius! 7 Pinball Dreams by 21st Century Entertainment, 1992: First decent pinball game I have ever played. Looks a bit boring nowadays but still great fun to play 8 R-Type 2 by Activision, 1991: A bit of a slow moving shmup but addictive nevertheless. Since a couple of weeks I am playing this game again and it really is a beauty 9 Simon the Sorcerer by Adventuresoft, 1993: Great adventuregame with a witty plot. 10 Kid Chaos by Ocean, 1994: Most beautiful platform game I have seen on the Amiga. Also very difficult to play. Thank god I have found a cheat for infinite lives and time on the Internet. |

Nope, Never played Lemmings in two-player mode
Multiplayer Lemmings? I only played the 1-player mode. I had 2 joysticks but no mice. The only games I played simultanous with friends were Chaos Engine, Micro Machines, Dynablaster and Jaguar XJ 220 -great fun.
But when I come to think of it.. Playing Lemmings with so-called friends (the ones who create traps for my innocent Lemmings tribe) would result in pure mayhem. It would have been a great gaming experience indeed. Pity I don't have 2 Amiga mice.. |

Ok, here is my tips.
With actual Amiga emulator, you can't emulate correctly 2 mouses, so lemmings (or settlers) multiplayer don't work well. The way I found to continue playing lemmings multiplayer with friend is AtariSt emulation ! Don't laught, it works pretty well ! (and all the lemmings version are the same as amiga one) - Lemmings Atari Disks and more : here - WinSTon emulator : here Enjoy retro-gaming ! & enjoy destroying your friends construction with your lemmings' diggers |

Hahaha
All the way are good to enjoy retro-gaming !
And if you want to know, I also played on AtariSt a long time ago, but i always prefer Amiga experience. btw, Find how to play well at Lemmings or Settlers in multiplayer mode with any Amiga Emulators, i'll be really happy, and don't tell anymore to go on AtariSt emulator for *real* multiplayer 2 mouse support. |

Multiplayer Atari ST Lemmings on pc? Cool!
Wow, emulating an Atari ST on the pc. Never played on a ST before (natural enemy of Commodore, you know). But I will try to play ST Lemmings on the pc in the near future. Someday I will share your experience of Lemmings in 2-player mode.
By the way, did you know someone has written a thesis about the Artificial Intelligence of Lemming-games? Check out http://www-formal.stanford.edu/jmc/l.../lemmings.html :float |

I played 2 player
Two player Lemmings was chaos. If the two players ever met up it would be frustrating fun, you would hardly ever get the objective done cos you'd be too busy trying to balls up the chances of your opponent.
