Civ2 and Wing Commander 2. A higher resolution version of civilization for higher specced amigas. Useless dreams but I would have wanted those.

good old thread
agree with many comments in the center part of it
about Blackthorne, that strangely miss an Amiga port, having been released for a lot of other devices instead
a bit of shame, some mechanics resembled those of Another World or Flashback

---
i would add whatever Metroid chapter (AM2R would be amazing)

at least a jap-rpg style game, just to have a decent one also on the miggy

Apocalypse II, snes, finally ported back to his father birth home (as Commodore)

There were not many, FF would have been awesome as well as technically possible.

There is Speris Legacy by Team 17, about as good as it got.

For me it was WEC Le Mans. I remember seeing the adverts in Crash showing the 16 bit graphics and my speccy version just wasn't up to scratch. My next payday I got my A500 and waited impatiently. I still am...

At the time loads of arcade versions that were never ported such as Combat School and We Le Man's as posted above.

Over time not so much of a problem as can play the originals via MAME, but would have been great to play Amiga versions in the day.

Today though I wish there was an Amiga port of Project Firestart. Surprised no Amiga port at the time, wasn't like it came out at the very start of the Amigas life. Would have been great at the time to play a 16 bit version of this given how great the C64 version is.

Hell, even today if love to play a 16 bit version of it.

The original Sonic The Hedgehog, I ended up getting a MegaDrive in the end just to play it.. At the time I think the consensus was the Amiga was not capable enough to do it justice, that and Sega keeping it exclusive.

These days looking back I recon it could have been done, scaled back somewhat.. Kid Chaos makes a pretty good case for what could have been...

Rastan, even if the 1200 is required to keep the parallax scrolling (32 colors would be possible for sure). There's proof that someone was working on an Atari ST port back then, but it was cancelled. Maybe some of the 68000 code can be recycled
