Disable disk validator in workkbench?

I'm trying to image a CF for my real amiga in an emulator. The last coupe of times the copy command has gotten stuck and i've had to reset the emulator, causing the disk validator to kick in.

Can I disabled it somehow? It takes ages and is not worth the trouble in this scenario.

I don't know if there is a better filesystem perhaps, but I can't run SFS on a 68000.

it's perfectly natural for the validator to run after rebooting the system while writing to disk.. avoid it if you can,.. disabling it is a bad idea..

Or do as thomas said and install a better, newer filesystem like PFS3. You don't need to reboot the system while writing to trigger this, sometimes software crashes when the system or the game itself was accessing the disk and creates this problem.
