Yep, a card for Amiga 1200, let's you have 8mb fast ram and an RTC clock.
You can also add a math processor into the empty socket (doesn't mean the card will become a turbocard)

You wouldn't be able to connect both even if you wanted. There's only one expansion slot on the 1200.
