Phew, this was a b*tch You have 19 disks to install and the installer supports how many drives? Yeah right : one Well I have done it and it works You find the game installed on a HDF on Magix FTP in the folder 'Games/rare_games' (Biing.7z). Choose the A4000 2 MB Chip + 8 MB Fast quickstart config and on the display window set the line mode to normal. It flickers, but it's the best way to display the game I found yet (maybe someone can help us on this one ).

It's goes pretty fast, even with 19 disks. I use the WinUAE Warpmode for the installs.

Of course, but you still have to change them one by one

I don't think they released an English Amiga version. The last requests were for the English PC DOS game.

WOO! IT WORKS! Thanks, German Cthulu guy! I'm not too good with German, English would've been better, but I can finally play this First good thing in a week (especially after that sissy fired me, but didn't have the goddamn balls to tell me in my face!)

Sorry TCD, missed this message.... Don Adan would be very interested in it, to see what changes has been made.
We've got the config file fully translated (translation errors included ) and some credits graphic sprites (damn length limit... ).
Tho we be still looking for the english PC original version as it would be cool if the words from the english Amiga matched those from the english PC version.
Anyone?

Oh damn, I got an email from Don Adan, but have completely forgotten to answer him Sorry about that
I'm uploading the version to Magix FTP in my user folder. So it would be cool if you could grab it and send it over to Don Adan It should be up in about 10 minutes.

Could you help me a bit TCD?
I've just got info from Don Adan and I need to check a few details in this russian version of the game but I can't run it
Configured the sound with SETSOUND but running the game with BIPRO hangs DosBox and gives me an error "File nicht gefunded".
What file it cannot find?

Use this batch :
Code:
dosbox -c "mount c F:\Dos\Games\" -fullscreen -exit
Where 'F:\Dos\Games\' is the folder where your Biing! folder is in (the folder has to have the name 'Biing!'). When DosBox is running goto C:, cd into Biing! and type BiPro. Voila! (Short summary : The game must be installed in 'C:\Biing!' )

Didn't know it was this sensitive on where it is installed... I named the folder BIING!R as for russian, and after a simple renaming to BIING! it works.
Thanks!

One more question... how can I run the intro in that Russian version?
I seems to lack a few important files, one would be config.exe to setup the config (I used one from the German version), but even copying the bint.exe file doesn't show the intro
Well, it doesn't show it in my German version either, lol...
You've got a proper 100% working German version TCD?

Unfortunately, that doesn't help much as it lacks some important files we were hoping got translated but instead got sacked... Stupid hackers...
So, if the English PC version ain't gonna be found we will have to translate everything from the very beginning.

Well if you and Don Adan could give me a list of files (and in which folders they should be) that you are missing, I'll try to find them
