I compared 4.4 and 4.5 - for the V1200 was the 4.5 update a massive boost. On the Vampires I used in the past always 040 versions - those are the executables the team recommends.

See "OpenSSL speed --help". It is best to limit it to certain algorithms - "OpenSSL speed rsa" is what I used for benchmarking when fixing 68060 performance, since I knew that uses the big number routines heavily, which is where most of the 64-bit multiplication/division comes in. Elliptic curves also need 64-bit, but I can't remember the test names for them off the top of my head.

Looking for some help here. I've bought and received a licence key for iBrowse 2.5.2 and put it int he iBrowse directory but every time iBrowse open it still says it is an unlicensed demo version.

AM I missing a step here?

Sorry for the obvious question, but is it the right keyfile? You would have gotten a 2.4 keyfile too as part of registering.

I recived two files - Ibrowse25key.dat and Ibrowse2Key.dat, Obviously one for 2.5 and one for 2.4
Tried both files in the iBrowse directory with no luck.

Remove the ".dat" extension - your mailer/browser/webmail added it.

D'oh! I tried every rename instead of that.
Got it working now. Much nicer looking than AWeb.

Damn. Can't buy from Turkey because our government banned paypal.

I have a keyfile gifted to me by my friend who stopped using Amigas maybe 20 years ago.

I wonder if I could upgrade using that keyfile if paypal was working in Turkey.

I got the same problem when launching Ibrowse 2.5.3 on my A1200 with Blizzard 1230IV with FPU, 32MB RAM.
Program failed (error #80000004)
Wait for disk activity to finish.

I have tried to install in ram-disk, starting it from No Startup-sequence and installing the 020 without FPU-version as well.

Installed MUI-version is 3.8

2.4 has no issues and runs fine.
The main window does not even show up.

The last thing the program does before it crashes is to look for cybergraphics.library in LIBS: (it's not present)
and then it loads version.library (OK) for some reason, and crashes according to DosTrace.

Firestone: Strange, I have same card as you without any problems. OS 3.1? AmiSSL?
