A-Max floppy issue

Hi,

I have an issue with A-Max 2.0 (very old version

) when i try formatting a floppy disk (with custom disk) with Winuae 3.6.1 beta : Format fail.
This issue appears on WinUae 3.2 (3.0 and 3.1 are fully fonctionnal).

Have you an idea ?

Do you have some pre-installed floppy disk (if it fits on floppy disk) with amax?

I normally won't do any testing without having guaranteed exact same versions of software.

Hi Toni, thank you for your reply.

Here is the floppy disk you want :

Amax2.0

Procedure :

Launch A-Max 2.0 and click to " Go Amax "
Eject All disk and press Return
Insert eAdf Apple System 6.0.x
Wait for the system to load
Eject System disk (select icon and press Amiga+E)
Insert blank eadf
Initialize it

Eadf blank.

Amax 2.0

Updated Procedure :

Fixed.

3200b15 "Support DSKLEN writes while disk DMA is active" didn't check if new DSKLEN write had write bit set. Disk read DMA is still active when Amax steps to next track and starts new formatting write, previous bug caused disk write to become read.
