While I certainly have the CD ALF

Creating an ISO so you can burn it may be questionable

Allthough I know http://www.amigadeals.co.uk/adabout.htm
used to sell these I am NOT sure if they still have any ORIGINAL copies left

I can only suguest you contact them UNLESS another board member has a copy to spare

Why bother with old CDs

Just download Linux/Apus here -> http://linux-apus.sourceforge.net/

Yes,i´ve been there already,but i need the Rpms and Base files dir which is not to be found anywhere on any ftp these days.However if you could archive these dirs of Linux Apus from the AmigaFormat CD40 in zip,then you could email them to me.Thank you.

I take it you are refering to Rpm's & Base files from the Red Hat file

Considering its 148MB I don't think e-mail is the answer...if these are what you are looking for I have a more direct file client I can upload them to for a ONE time download...but I would prefer to hear MORE about your amiga interest than just this ONE request for what is a HUGE file !

Well,let me see i have 3 amigas;a cd32,two a1200s different configurations on the a1200.
I run OS3.9 and OS3.1,sometimes i play some retro games like Sensible Soccer,or when i feel more nostalgic i´ll play Monkey Island 2 or Simon the sorcerer,i use Scummvm_wos in order to get the games running on my amiga.
Which brings me to this point,i really need the files from the Amiga Format CD40 in order to install Linux on my amiga,installing new stuff on the amiga is what keeps me going right now,help me out please.Thank you!
