It's not buffered. They should apologise and refund you for selling you a rubbish adapter.

Well mate, that review you both saw shows clearly the quality of the monitor isn't great.

I paid $43 with shipping for a new in box "old" monitor.
Given choices, money wise, and what displays work with most Amigas, not a bad deal.

Most comments on modern vintage's video, including him, were positive.

My issue has been resolved due to bad adapter.

I would still recommend looking out for a June 2005 or earlier Dell 2001fp - I got two recently for £25 each which I consider a bargain.

I have the Dell 1905fp sitting right next to the accuscan in photo.
Never tried hooking up to rgb port. Worth a shot.

Actually I have a few old lcds that I should try. Never gave much thought if it wasn't on anyone's list of usable monitors.

I don't think the panel the 1905fp uses will work. Worth a try though.

Well, I only paid 20 euros for it Looks like using a real Commodore adapter solved it! I'll tweak it a bit tomorrow (can't get the screen to fit correctly) and post some pics

Honestly quality isn't as good as my MultiSync CRT (which is going away as well, can't keep it - looks like I'm not lucky at all in keeping CRTs...) but should be okay until I get a bit more space for my gaming gear

EDIT: Just got it almost perfect! I just wonder why there's no vertical resize though?
