"Ready" Logic

Hi,
Has any ready logic ever been created? If so can someone point me in the direction of a schematic.

Send a message via MSN to Bamiga2002
Logic differs from time to time and people to people but different people are ready to apply their own logic as they see fit.

In most drives I've come across it already exists, you just need to rejumper the drive in order to make use of it. The Panasonic JU-257 is the drive most people modify for amiga usage.

Thanks, I have indeed found some on aminet now.
Braddo, the idea is that you won't have to modify the drive. The wires that need to be swapped can be done on the PCB. I've seen some hacks using just a diode but I don't think that will be enough.

It's actually cheaper to make the drives themselves Amiga compatible.. Usually you only need 5cm of wire..

The ready logic needs a few discrete components. They aren't expensive either, but what's the point if you can modify the drive for even less.

Not everyone has the confidence we do. Plus some people would prefer the convinience of a board.

Perhaps.. I have catered to those people's desire for convenience by providing pre-modded and tested Panasonics for sale.
