The subject of this thread tells me that we might need some serious mental help.

I was really thinking about language, ...but this doesn't avoid that however I might need some mental help.

The first step is admitting you have a problem

Amiga means female friend and "amigo" is a male friend. I like this name for a computer. It´s original and It sounds good.

You're kidding right? Of course she's a female!

Greek grammar is similar to the French one in this matter, every noun can be "male", "female" or "neutral". We always refer to the Amiga as a "she"!

I'm glad it's not called "Amigo", that would suck. I mean, this site would be called the English Amigo Board. That's just so wrong.

Sounds a bit ghey to me.
I'm glad she's a girl - been fiddling around inside mine too often to even contemplate the alternative.

May I just point out that I was, in fact, slightly drunk when I wrote that post, and I think it shows to be quite honest

Remember kids: don't drink and post on EAB...
