AmigaOS 3.1 + Microbotics M1230XA + 128MB DIMM

I'm currently resurrecting my Amiga, and decided to treat myself to some upgrades. 4GB compact flash, replacement working keyboard, 128 MB memory expansion and AmigaOS 3.1 in ROM.

However! While doing memory tests, I encountered an interesting problem. The M1230XA (68030 50MHz + 68882) with 128MB with the 3.1 ROMs, in principle, autoconfigures the RAM. However, it configures it as 130MB (not 128MB, 130MB). This fails when MemTest is run against it (as supplied from the M1230XA utility disk).

Replacing the ROMs with 3.0 and using AutoXA to configure the memory works perfectly fine, detecting 128MB. The old 16MB SIMM works fine in any configuration.

I'll be interested if this rings anyone elses bells.

My m1230xa has the exact same behavior.
Would be awesome if someone more skilled then me knew of a workaround.
