Thanks s2325 but ran this through ClrMAMEPro and it's the same file as "Atlantyda (1994)(Mirage Media)(PL)[b doscopy].adf", just not named correctly to the latest TOSEC

Heya clenched,

Cheers for the info

This file is an old TOSEC 2007 named one. I bet it has a CRC32 of FD5D3BE2?

...it's the same as the newly named / analysed TOSEC 2016 file "Atlantyda (1994)(Mirage Media)(PL)[b doscopy].adf" and shows this in ADF-Workshop:

...would just be nice to find a "clean" disk; hence the reason for this thread

@mai
Sorry for confusion. I mean about version with cracktro - but of course there is no such version.
As I know there are 4 different version of this game.
Original has crc32 - 1703627B.

Most common (I found 3 different disk with same crc32) has crc32 - FD5D3BE2
Next one has crc32 - 3470E515
and last one has crc32 - 8E6D035A

Ok, TOSEC has only ever had these 2 files:

... CRC32 = FD5D3BE2
... CRC32 = 8E6D035A

If you have two different files with the following CRC32s, could you please upload to The Zone! my friend?

a) CRC32 = 1703627B
b) CRC32 = 3470E515

Especially "a)" because you've said that this is the "original"

he has uploaded this dump to the zone, and its also disk with Doscopy issue, unfortunately.
I suppose, it was released in this condition by Mirage Media.

Yeah maybe not... at least it's good to have the "original" file though.

I checked Atlantyda and about 806kb is used by game the rest has no meaning
I am using following script to extract "files" from disk and then I use resource + my brain (my second fav thing ).
Code:
.KEY NAME
.BRA {
.KET }
.DEF NAME="Disk.1"

echo ok

IF EXISTS {NAME}
    ;01 - loader
    grab {NAME} 01-loader FROM 820224 LENGTH 6656

    ;02 - intro
    grab {NAME} 02-intro FROM 1024 LENGTH 6656

    ;03 - pictures
    grab {NAME} 03-pictures FROM 7680 LENGTH 57856

    ;04 - title
    grab {NAME} 04-title FROM 65536 LENGTH 204800

    ;05 - game
    grab {NAME} 05-game FROM 270336 LENGTH 80896

    ;06 - game data
    grab {NAME} 06-gameData FROM 351232 LENGTH 195072

    ;07 - game ending
    grab {NAME} 07-gameEnding FROM 546304 LENGTH 273920
ELSE
    echo "Cannot find *"{NAME}*"."
ENDIF
Edit: I forget to write that grab is utility written by Codetapper which copies part of a file to another file.

@DamienD
In the Zone you can find Atlantyda with crc32 - 3470E515. If you do not find it yet.

respect

I suppose mentioned Values are disk positions in decimal.
If so, file gamedata has 28 bad bytes!
