Window sizing mouse pointer issue when RTG enabled

I noticed a small problem with the Windows mouse pointer. This only happens when you have RTG expansion enabled but are using a non-RTG mode (i.e. native or A2024). Happens whether or not the uaegfx monitor driver is loaded.
  • First, set emulation to not pause when the mouse is uncaptured.
  • With emulation running, uncapture mouse and pause emulation. Move the mouse pointer over the window border until it changes to the two-headed window-sizing arrow. That's the normal behaviour, as applies to most other programs.
  • Now un-pause emulation and with the mouse still un-captured, move the pointer over the window border. Notice that WinUAE changes it back to the Windows default pointer. As you move the pointer along one of the window borders you can see the pointer flickering between the sizing arrow and normal pointer.

Some more info... This issue has been present since at least WinUAE 2.1; I didn't test any earlier versions. Still in 2.6.0b6. Happens in Windows Vista, the selected theme (Aero/Classic) doesn't affect it.
