A3640 Testing required (Australia preferred)

Could any kind soul test an A3640 for me. I will pay for the return postage. I just need to troubleshoot these A4000s I have and make sure the Accelerator is the problem before I look at purchasing another accelerator.

Would prefer an Australian or New Zealander to help to save on postage costs but will look at sending it further abroad if no one local can help.

I've got one in my A3000 and no matter what i did could not get it to work. Out of desperation i chucked a fan on it and it started straight away..

If you can't find a 4000 to test it one you can use my 3000 if you want..
