A1200 Escom gets freezes on several whdload games

Hi there,
I post the following issue here because I think it has to do with hardware.
I have two A1200s, one C= and one Escom. In the Escom one, some whdload games freezes, (for instance Shadow of the Beast 3 freezes by pressing whatever key, Leander freezes after some minutes of playing), while music still plays. I use Blizzard 1230 IV.
Now, the bizzare thing is this... The same CF card (with whatever Bloodwych's Workbench installation) with the same games and the same Blizzard card with the same simm module have no issues at all in the C= one!
The Escom has been recapped a year ago.
The only difference between the two 1200 is that C= has 3.0 Roms while Escom has 3.1, the floppy drive in Escom is the Panasonic that was used in PCs (as I've read somewere), and the REV. (Escom's is 1D4 while C= is 2B).
Also, the Escom one is from Petro's new-old-stock A1200 that was purchased in 2014.
Has anyone an idea why is this hapenning?

your machines are probably not identical electrically, maybe its just the old 'timing' issue.

I did a search about timing fix but they say that blizzard has no timing issues. Is it an electrical issue then, as you mentioned?

Like i said your machines are not identical, there are differences from the factory(s) (and perhaps other faults since, who knows) It sounds to me like timing issues, maybe it isn't.... all i'm suggesting is perhaps try some timing fixes on the motherboard, if that's no good then I can't be much more help sorry... maybe check all your contacts are clean, just basic stuff.

I'll see what fixes can be made on the motherboard. Thank you for your concern.

Finally solved it! It was an electrical issue with the Kickstart 3.1. I removed the factory KS 3.1 and put new ones from tbtorro on Amibay. I don't know if the factory KS3.1 were faulty, maybe the motherboard needed just pull out the chips and then back in.

Leander runs fine here, using WHDload & ACA, i had to make timing fixes to my machine, don't know if it would have had problems with that game before fixes.

Leander doesn't freeze on real hardware. But i remember a crash later ingame (with garbled graphics) a few years ago. Will test it again the next days.
