EAB Games League Season 1 Round 8 Game Vote
Vote for the five games you would like to play in the next round, numbered in order from 1 to 5. 1st place gets 5 pts, 2nd = 4, 3rd = 3, 4th = 2 and 5th = 1.
If two games are tied on the same points, then the game with the highest number of 1st place votes gets paced higher, failing that the highest number of 2nd place votes etc. Remember to be sensible about what you vote for - it's got to be feasible for us to play, so please stick to games where you score points, or lap times, or similar. If you vote for a pinball game, please state the table you want to play. Please remember to read this thread; any game listed in the first post cannot be voted for (if you have a game which you have doubts about please post it in that thread and I'll take a look). This includes the games played in the previous rounds of course. Anyone's votes who don't follow these rules won't count, you'll get either a reply from me or maybe (as a special treat) a PM politely asking you to change it. This vote starts now and closes at 11:59pm UK time on Friday, October 5. Round eight starts on Monday, October 15. Round seven is still open of course, until October 13. If you've got any questions please post them in one of the other threads (Rules, General Discussion or Ineligible Games). May the voting commence... |

No such thing is there? I'll just put it down as "normal" Lotus 3 (though until he changes Agony his vote doesn't count anyway).

graham could you explain the bug in agony i never noticed that.
I just played this game now and ok i see you shoot the ball without shooting the boss. Ok graham but again everybody can cheat change scores , infinte lives etc I think we should really make a pool to know if it's fair to refuse to vote for a game because we could cheat when all the games could be cheated? I'm sorry but it's my real opinion and i'm sure, i'm not alone. Please make a pool for this question PS: by the past i finished agony without loosing a life, the first time i played it, if my memory is good, that's why i will go to the final battle and because this game is a jewel of the amiga. For those who are not aware of the Agony thing, maybe you should watch this vid.
There aren't that many games with score leeching, Agony's one, Rodland's another and - although I'm sure I can trust a lot of you - there were loads of problems with these games in the Lemon competition with these games and I'm not keen to repeat that. So sorry, it's been banned for months and I'm not about to change that |

I like Rodland as well, but what can you do. It's not unfair, it's common sense. Liking games doesn't come into it.

You could do something similar on Pang if you could be bothered to get a higher score at the end. Level 12 i think if you shot all the destructable blocks an extra life fell but if you died and shot all the blocks again you still got the extra life so i suppose you could keep doing that over and over until you got bored to then carry on with the later levels

i think ik+ couldn't be voted because:After your character's been hit, pause then unpause the game. You are now invincible.
really easy to do |

You're just being silly now.
Right, you've made your point and I understand your point, but my decision is final on this whole thing so can we please move on. I'll probably be deleting all these off-topic posts soon because I don't want this getting out of hand. (By the way how do you intend to get into the highscore table if you can't die?) |

Well maybe I should ban every single game ever because they contain a cheat mode then? Behave yourself
