Problems in nicky2 fsuae

When I run from nicky2 to fsuae, something white appears and disappears for a very short time on the first black screen.Is there a solution?

I was going to say that you should report problems related to whdload titles to the mantis bug tracker, but now that I check I see you've already been there before, under the alias 'casper30' ..

I'll say hats off to StingRay & JOTD for putting up with your 'pestering' ... meaning to trouble or annoy (someone) with frequent or persistent requests... and perhaps the highlight of that is reading StingRay's reply in one ticket of... "I'm not going anywhere near this, for obvious reasons" ...lol, made me laugh.. =)

That said, I can also confirm StingRay's findings ~ game runs fine, eminently better gameplay with a D-PAD controller...and I suppose the only other relevant remark would be "I do NOT use cheat codes" ... I want the game to be the challenge to me, as it was originally designed to be...just remove the copy checks...

*start fs-uae-launcher
*use A500 config, 512K chipram/1mb fastram
*load Nicky 2 (Compilation) (no codes version).adf from the zone
*start and play game (best with controller not keyboard)

...on top of this, if one reads all those 19 tickets, in only 1 ticket do you indicate you're using UAE ...the rest of it looks like you're using real A1200 hardware...which you are not. That is very, very bad practice ...as is the idea of a program doing something wrong, when it sees an 'illegal' key sequence of having multiple keys depressed, for no reason... suggest you try using a motorbike, with all levers and pedals depressed at the same time =)

...I know, I know....all the older forum members here, see I'm dabbling near the edge of transgressing the "do NOT feed the parrots" idiom, but I need weigh that against my disdain of ignorance (in forums generally) ...but here in that regard, if I were admin I'd probably ban you...under the auspices of creating a public nuisance or such ; BOFH habits die hard, yeah? 8)

Be that as it may, I am 60-something years old with grand-children, and have tickets in sociology and netsec logfile analysis ....and it's either disturbing that you have an OCD like fixation on this title that spans over a year and ongoing...OR ..you are very young (as in pre-puberty) which might explain your typing actions and fumbling grasp of English .. how old are you?

The WHDload readme for Nicky II says if it is too fast use tooltype "ExpChip". Try that and see if it helps

I am not going to provide you a solution, which you are going to merely copy&paste and learn nothing from. This is because if I do that, you will continue to ask for solutions to the same simple tasks of this forum, and others (may) get sucked into providing solutions they learned by reading the docs, which you just copy&paste without learning anything -- there is NO excuse for not reading the docs, and learning how to do these simple things for yourself ....and yes, you probably can't/won't read this, but everyone else will, and understand where I'm coming from....SO...
