Don't see why not as long as your emulated Amiga has MMU ? (If that's possible - I don't know)

There is no MMU emulation and there won't be useful MMU emulation in future either. Search for older threads for more info.
Also there is no hardware HD controller emulation. Using Linux from floppies may not be too practical
