Super Buster 11 - for my A4000

All,

I need a Superbuster chip for my A4000D motherboard. Does anyone have a spare one for a few bucks?

Thanks in advance.

Do you really need one? What card do you want to use? The new Deneb shows that a rev -09 might be better in some circumstances

There's only a few cards that absolutely require a buster 11..

Fastlane?
A4091?

What else..

I just want to buy one, and buy once. don't know what will I get later, but as currently this is the weakest chain to use the machine, I have to buy. And why to buy a rev09 if later probably the rev11 will serve me better? I don't want to hunt for an other IC then.

I need practically any of this two, but I prefer rev11. Recently I got simply too much hw probs, I don't want any mystic machines as I choose not the better parts to build in. BTW the board I would like to use currently has no IC.

1) You will already have a rev09 in your A4k and so wont need to buy one.
2) In some circumstances a rev09 could be better than a rev11!

Alexh:

I already checked Amigakit website, they really have this part. And also I have a defect motherboard, but I don't want to remove any component, if it's not necessary.
So I have luck, but trying to simplify things.
To be honest I'm surprised a bit, as I have two boards already, which have this chip soldered onto the board directly, but this one has a socket, and the only board I saw on the internet with socketed Buster is the A4000CR.

no way, I've had three A4000 mobos with the socketed buster. It doesn't have to do with A4000CR.

I have an A4000-CR and no chip is socketed. They are all surface mount including the Rev11 buster.

I think it all depends on what the mood was that week when the board was manufactured.
