Amiga Computing Mar 1990

Can someone who owns Amiga Computing March 1990 please confirm the review scores for Battle Squadron (109%!!) and Stunt Car Racer (100%).

Scans of the reviews would be good too if possible.

hi galaxy, i sent you a pm, but I'll write it here better, I did the battle squadron scans and uploaded them ages ago to the ftp, but they must have not got to you somehow ?

the scores are all correct, 109% for battle squadron. good score

these are the scans i still have on my HD.

Amiga computing

feb89
mar89
nov89
dec89

jan90
mar90
apr90
jul90
aug90

they contain all the game review and contents pages from these issues, did you get them all ?
I can't check the site because i just get page not found when trying to see any AC pages.

i'll upload again if you say which ones you did'nt get.

also I did a better box scan of scrabble deluxe, but It is still the old one showing on HOL, with the note about it. so maybe that did'nt get through either ?

I've checked my HD and the only issue that has review scans is Aug 1990. I don't have any scans from Jul 90 and all the others I have your cover and contents page scans. So if there are any more please upload those. (I seem to remember you uploaded several cropped review scans to this board which is what prompted me contacting you in the first place - maybe there is some mixup?)

I'll check out the scrabble box - it's probably still on the ftp. There is a huge backlog of hol scans as codetapper and myself have done hardly any hol work due to us trying to get AMR ready for release.

Update: It seems you did upload scans for January and March 1990 as well - these are still on the HOL ftp. However I couldn't see your Scrabble scans. Maybe your email got lost...

but don't worry, I will do them when I get some time
oh, and july90 I dont have, sorry, I'm getting really confused now.

No problem at all - and thanks for the scans you provided. They are now all online, including the infamous Battle Squadron (109%) review. That issue also includes a review of Stunt Car Racer (100%).

yes very high scores, too high now, but at the time battle squadron must have looked as good as an arcade game. 2 very good games though.

and I just uploaded AC November 89 review pages to ftp.

That sound more like joke...

109%?!

And Stunt Car Racer 100%??

I'm questioning how good is that mag.

Supppp09erb!

Worst part of it is that I disliked Stunt Car Racer.

Have to check what they gave to Lionheart, Superfrog and other amiga gems.
