Emulation through Emulation,is this possible ?

Hi guys and girls,
Just wondering if it is possible to emulate say the Commodore C16,Plus 4 or even the C64 through using FS-UAE Amiga Emulator on a PC ?
There was a few classic gem of games from the C16 and Plus 4 that i'd love to play again (Rockman and Booty just being 2x of these) but these were never ported to the Amiga
Any input or links to such emulators would be so appreciated indeed.
Thanks everyone

you can try VICEplus emulator.
in fs-uae config you have to setup a rtg graphics card - in winuae you may choose: RTG board -> uae zII or zIII.
not sure how this is done in fs-uae.
next you have to install picasso96 uaegfx.card driver, switch workbench screen to an uae screenmode,
so the c16 plus4 emu will work. games not tested.

#1) there is another plus 4 emulator on aminet. cp4. it just needs the rom.kernel and rom.basic file, which you may find in the viceplus package.

This doesn't make sense. If you use a PC for emulation then get the PC version of Vice/WinVice for C16+Plus 4 games. At some point FS-UAE Launcher will support other gaming platforms but nothing official yet.

of course you can just play with native WinVice on the win peecee platform, but that is not the intention of the OP.

why are we emulating 20+ yrs pld machine at all, eg. using lightwave 5 instead of LW2015 on a 16 core 64gb big box machine.

same goes to s2325's reply, what the heck? ...

sorry , but i cant stand such replys :/

Huh? Just telling that it doesn't make sense! What do you expect from an emulator in an emulator? This is pure shit, performance-wise and compatibility-wise. And the OP should know this before he struggles with that, if you have far better alternatives.

Emulating other gaming platforms on the Amiga makes only sense if you use real hardware. Even then C16+Plus 4 emulation isn't that good, unless you have a very powerful Amiga system.

Thanks everyone
I use C64 Forever. There's a free edition to try, very easy to setup.
I just downloaded Rockman & Booty and had them both up & running in less than a minute.

It's your choice.

(all other members; remember it's the op's choice, not yours)

Thanks so much for the replies, guys.
Sorry if some people thought my question was a bit stupid but i have tried the "Yape" emulator on my windows pc before (for C16 and Plus 4 emulation) but i could never get it to full screen mode properly (it always ended up with a greenish coloured background instead of the correct blue/purple background)
So i just wanted to have a little mess around to see if FS-UAE could handle a C16/Plus 4 emulator if one was ever released.
I'm actually considering to buy a second hand A1200 off.Ebay and start my Amiga stuff after last owning one, nearly 20 years ago (man,i should never have sold it)
