Which Amiga game tracks would you like to hear remixed?
Which tracks would you like to hear remixed, apart from the ones of the most known Amiga games like Monkey Island, Zak McKracken, Beast, Lemmings...?
Suggest some danceable ones. |

I think it was for the game Double Dragon 2 that Titan of Northstar (later known as Uncle Tom) did an epic mindblowing title tune. I'm not 100% sure it was DD2, but if you listen to the Double Dragon series one tune stands out as amazing, and the other... not.
Wouldn't mind a remix of that. |

Danceable? I'd really like to here a full-blown, remixed version of my favourite Lotus tune.

I'd like the Zeewolf loading/title music done nice and heavy, with liberal use of electric guitar..

I've done a couple of remakes... well... probably just murdered a couple of tunes, Xenon II megablast (Amiga / Bomb the Bass) and the Sanxion Loader (C64 / Rob Hubbard).
You can find them in the downloads section of my site. Cheers, Rob. http://www.mentalillusion.co.uk |

ever hear about Machinae Supremacy? They have a lot of nice tracks you can download for free, including three tracks that are works of art:
The Great Gianna Sisters Sidology Episode 1 - SID Evolution Sidology Episode 3 - Apex Ultima The last one being my absolute favourite. http://www.machinaesupremacy.com/ |

None !!!! Tunes Are Much Better In Their Original Format And They Do Not Need Any Makeup To Make Us Get The Pure Optimal Rendering.

I think you're wrong there pbareges, musicians were always fighting the hardware limitations and not able to express the music how they wanted to, virtually every amiga tune you have ever heard has been a comprimise. It would be great to hear the original tracks before they had to downgrade everything to squeeze it into 100k and 4/8 channels.

we didnt have it to bad on amiga. the pc counterparts were stuck with awful midi rendering of the ingame music for along time.

I'd like to see a good Gods intro music remix/remake. I know of one, not bad (don't remember where I got it), but the voices are terrible. IMHO a remake should keep most of the original stuff, and back it up with higher quality samples (better drums, better string chords). It makes up for the low sample quality and is faithful to the original. |
