Do raw benchmarks exists?

I was wondering if it's possible to create benchmarks that would measure the bandwidth of different parts of an Amiga or an Atari. I mean for example, the cpu<->memory bandwidth or the blitter<->memory bandwidth in ideal conditions.

Perhaps it already exist?
Thanks for your insides.
